SUMMARY:ACES: Introduction to Containers (Charliecloud) Tutorial
DESCRIPTION:This tutorial (hands-on short course) introduces the use of Con
 tainers using the Charliecloud software suite. This course will provide pa
 rticipants with background and hands-on experience to use basic Charlieclo
 ud containers for HPC applications. We will discuss what containers are, w
 hy they matter for HPC, and how they work. We’ll give an overview of Cha
 rliecloud, the unprivileged container solution from Los Alamos National La
 boratory's HPC Division. Participants will build toy containers and real H
 PC applications, and then run them in parallel on a cluster. This will be 
 a highly interactive workshop with lots of Q&A. This tutorial is presented
  by the Charliecloud support staff and hosted on HPRC Resources with HPRC
