DESCRIPTION:The PEARC23 Conference is July 23-27 in beautiful Portland, Ore
 gon where we will focus on Computing for the Common Good. \n\nIn a world 
 that is facing tremendous challenges, computing gives us a chance to use o
 ur skills to advance the common good. Whether we are building and maintain
 ing new resources, developing applications, working toward solutions to so
 me of our largest global issues, training our workforce, increasing access
 ibility, or broadening our community to include underrepresented groups or
  researchers from domains who have felt outside of the advanced cyberinfra
 structure community, we are all serving the common good to advance our soc
 iety.\n\nIn support of these important goals, PEARC23 will offer the oppor
 tunity for us to gather in Portland to exchange ideas, build connections, 
 and spark the next generation of computing problem solvers. We don’t kno
 w about you, but we can’t wait! In the meantime, we encourage you to per
 iodically check out the PEARC23 website and mark your calendars with the
  important dates noted in the Call for Participation.
