 ance, and reduce development time. MKL includes Linear algebra, fast flour
 ier Transforms (FFT) Vector statistics and data fitting, vector math and m
 iscellaneous solvers.Intel oneAPI Collective Communications Library (oneCC
 L):Intel oneAPI Collective Communications Library (oneCCL) is a scalable a
 nd high-performance communication library for Deep Learning (DL) and Machi
 ne Learning (ML) workloads. It develops the ideas that originated in Intel
 ® Machine Learning Scaling Library and expands the design and API to enco
 mpass new features and use cases.Intel MPI Library:Intel® MPI Library is 
 a multifabric message-passing library that implements the open-source MPIC
 H specification. Use the library to create, maintain, and test advanced, c
 omplex applications that perform better on high-performance computing (HPC
 ) clusters based on Intel® processors.Develop applications that can run o
 n multiple cluster interconnects that you choose at run time.Quickly deliv
 er maximum end-user performance without having to change the software or o
 perating environment.Achieve the best latency, bandwidth, and scalability
