DESCRIPTION:This short course (2.5 hours) covers the process of applying fo
 r allocations on the ACES testbed high performance cluster at Texas A&M Un
 iversity. ACCESS is the system through which accounts are created, Users w
 ill be taken through the steps to apply for an account, request an ACCESS 
 allocation, and exchange units for ACES service units. NAIRR proposals to
