SUMMARY:NCSA Open Hackathon
DESCRIPTION:Together with NVIDIA and OpenACC organization, the National Cen
 ter for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) will host a virtual Open Hackat
 hon starting August 12 and concluding August 21.The NCSA Open Hackathon is
  a collaborative, hands-on coding event that pairs participating teams wit
 h dedicated, expert mentors who will guide them through addressing data ma
 nagement, optimizing specific parts of the AI pipeline, improving or deplo
 ying their AI models, and utilizing high-performance computing and AI reso
 urces effectively. Teams will leave the event with their applications acce
 lerated or optimized on the latest supercomputing hardware or with clear n
 ext steps for their development roadmap.This hackathon is open to everyone
  looking to take their projects to the next level; however, priority accep
 tance will be given to NCSA and NAIRR-affiliated scientists and their coll
 aborators.
