DESCRIPTION:HPC Monthly Workshop: MPI – January 7-8, 2026PSC is pleased t
 o present monthly workshops on a variety of HPC topics.   Each workshop 
 will be telecast to multiple satellite sites.This workshop is intended to 
 give C and Fortran programmers a hands-on introduction to MPI programming.
  Both days are compact, to accommodate multiple time zones, but packed wit
 h useful information and lab exercises. Attendees will leave with a workin
 g knowledge of how to write scalable codes using MPI – the standard prog
 ramming tool of scalable parallel computing.This event will be presented u
 sing the Wide Area Classroom(WAC) training platform. This will be an IN P
 ERSON event hosted by various satellite sites, there WILL NOT be a direct
