DESCRIPTION:The FABRIC team is hosting a workshop that may be of interest 
 to this community. FABRIC is an International infrastructure that enables 
 cutting-edge experimentation and research at-scale in the areas of network
 ing, cybersecurity, distributed computing, storage, virtual reality, 5G, m
 achine learning, and science applications.Join us for KNIT12, the next FAB
 RIC Community Workshop, taking place April 14–17, 2026, in Hawaii. This 
 year’s theme, “From Coast to Coast and Beyond: Science Across Research
  Networks,” highlights the growing impact of FABRIC as a platform that e
 nables transformative, distributed research at scale. KNIT12 will bring t
 ogether researchers, educators, students, and technologists for a dynamic,
  multi-day program designed to expand technical skills, inspire collaborat
 ion, and showcase real-world innovation. Attendees will engage in hands-on
  tutorials tailored for both new and advanced users, dive into specialized
  technical sessions, and participate in plenary presentations that offer i
 nsights into cutting-edge research using FABRIC. The workshop also feature
 s experiment showcases, where scientists from diverse disciplines demonstr
 ate how FABRIC accelerates discovery, and open mic sessions that invite co
 mmunity feedback to shape FABRIC’s future. With opportunities to explor
 e practical applications, build meaningful connections, and contribute to 
 the evolution of this research infrastructure, KNIT12 will be an enriching
