DESCRIPTION:This session is designed for novice researchers to provide a ba
 sic understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), 
 and Data Science. Participants will learn simple concepts and techniques, 
 such as data collection, basic data analysis, and an overview of how ML mo
 dels work. The session will include easy-to-follow examples and hands-on e
 xercises to help participants grasp the fundamentals. By the end of the se
 ssion, attendees will have a basic understanding of ML/AI and Data Science
 , and how these techniques can be applied to their research projects.
