Project Description | Creation of web based interface for BioElectric Tissue Simulation Engine (BETSE), and Genetic Algorithm for BioElectric Exploration (GABEE). Currently users access software from the command line as well as a python based graphical user interface. It is desired that typical batch and interactive actions be accessible via a web based gateway to eliminate the need for end users to install ssh, x11 or usage of command line. Potential integration frameworks include Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) Open-OnDemand (OOD) job submission functionality, OOD based VNC integration, FastX or frameworks such as Galaxy, Apache Airavata. |
