Project Description Creation of web based interface for BioElectric Tissue Simulation Engine (BETSE), and Genetic Algorithm for BioElectric Exploration (GABEE). Currently users access software from the command line as well as a python based graphical user interface. It is desired that typical batch and interactive actions be accessible via a web based gateway to eliminate the need for end users to install ssh, x11 or usage of command line. Potential integration frameworks include Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) Open-OnDemand (OOD) job submission functionality, OOD based VNC integration, FastX or frameworks such as Galaxy, Apache Airavata.
