ACES: NGS Metagenomics

This short course introduces concepts of metagenomics analysis based on data generated by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology using the QIIME2 software suite. Exercises will be performed using the ACES cluster, a composable accelerator testbed at Texas A&M University.
