AI EDU RCN Webinar Series: Prototype National Research Platform Classroom

The Prototype National Research Platform (PNRP) provides a distributed, national-scale cyberinfrastructure to accelerate scientific discovery, education, and innovation. PNRP Classroom offers US-based faculty the opportunity to request Jupyter and GPU resources via NAIRR Classroom for teaching courses on machine learning, data science or high-performance computing. The environment comes preconfigured with widely used data science tools, enabling students to run code, analyze data, and complete assignments directly in the browser without local setup.

The webinar will provide step-by-step training on using PNRP Classroom resources including account access, policies, and best practices. The session will also discuss how instructors can teach AI courses using PNRP Classroom and how to use JupyterHub to provide an easy onramp for students.
