The Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center is pleased to present a TWO DAY Machine Learning and Big Data workshop.

This workshop will focus on topics including big data analytics and machine learning with Spark, and deep  learning using Tensorflow.

This will be an IN PERSON event hosted by various satellite sites, there WILL NOT be a direct to desktop option for this event.  The satellite site list(subject to change) is as follows

This intermediate workshop targets individuals with a foundational knowledge of AI and NLP. Participants will delve into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Llama 2 and Hugging Face, exploring text generation inference, word embeddings, and Chroma.

This session is perfect for students, faculty, and professionals looking to elevate their AI capabilities for academic research or industry projects

In this session we will take a look at the common problems that users experience with Globus Connect Server, and how to best troubleshoot the problems encountered.

Spatial Data Science is a growing field across a wide range of industries and disciplines. The open-source programming language Python has many libraries that support spatial analysis, but what do you do when your computer is unable to tackle the massive file sizes of high-resolution data and the computing power required in your analysis?
